If you feel afraid, that probably means a part of you knows this is what you need, and it’s also going to disrupt cycles happening in your life that keep you disempowered.

This is a safe conversation. We'll discuss:
-
What your rage is trying to tell you
-
Why it’s so uncomfortable for us
-
Why trying to feel more kind, soft and patient could actually be harming you
-
Why rage is a good thing to witness
-
What your rage can reveal to you
-
How to start to understand your rage as a SIGNAL
-
How to use your rage to make positive changes in your marriage, partnership, motherhood and/or progressional roles
"Feminine rage is what the heart mind does when things are not okay in the world. It is the truth that some things are just not okay."

Giving space for your rage (or anger) can change your life.
Out of all the emotions, women have been the MOST socially-discouraged away from their anger. This is because it is where their individual will, and their values, live. We are recovering as a species from too many years of being too group-minded, or tribe-minded, in a way that hurt our individuality.
You don't have to be afraid of your rage and anger emotions once you know why they've come up, and what they're trying to tell you. In our live discussion, I'll help you re-connect with your body and see what it is saying.
I NEED THIS YESTERDAYPostpartum rage can feel like...
INSTABILITY
FURY
DISGUST
ANGER
RESENTMENT
IRRITABILITY
RAGE
BITTERNESS
FRENZY
I want you to feel empowered and able to handle these big emotions when they come up, rather than scared, shocked, concerned and confused.

What will we be doing during this time?
It will be really chill. Lizzie will have her whiteboard and pen, and we will just talk openly, share stories about moments where our rage shocked us (without being triggering to anyone), and discover the message that is embedded in the sacred emotion of RAGE. (No awkward making you feel it exercises.)

1 - Lizzie will teach
Super chill! Just a whiteboard and my brain / prepared thoughts on this topic.

2 - Lizzie shares story
I'll share the evolution of my personal relationship with anger and rage. You can witness silently or can engage in the chat box.

3 - Anyone can ask questions
You are safe to participate however you'd like! If you want to ask questions about your specific experiences, there will be time for that! Not required.
You are not the victim unless you refuse to hear your own voice. Rage is that voice.

Your anger, bitterness, and/or rage are not the problem.

My Mission
I help postpartum women get to the root of why they aren't feeling like themselves, so they can feel better than they have in years.
They do this through re-establishing a connection between their mind and body.
This turns up the volume on their passion, playfulness and purpose/spirituality. It's a joy to watch!! Experience this for yourself, in Postpartum Freedom.
